The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has compiled its first guidelines regarding the installation of toilets in order to improve the long lines for women's toilets that often occur at stations and commercial facilities. In facilities where the number of male and female toilet users is approximately equal, as a general rule, there should be more urinals for women than for men.
