Cetesb analyzes water on beaches on the North Coast of SP
When more than 100 colonies of bacteria are identified in every 100 millimeters of water, the beach is considered unsuitable for swimming. After this analysis, places not recommended for swimming are marked with a red flag.
According to the agency, it is recommended not to bathe in the waters of beaches that are marked, as they can cause health risks to bathers.
