An Al-Qaeda-linked group offers two million euros in exchange for a “financial chief”

The Al-Qaeda-linked group “In Support of Islam and Muslims” has offered a reward of two million euros, in exchange for information leading to the whereabouts of the head of the ruling military junta in Mali, Assimi Goeta.
