In his opinion, the prosecutor requested that Kılıçarslan be sentenced to imprisonment from 20 to 42 years for the crimes of 'deliberate attempt to murder a woman', 'violating workplace immunity by using force and threats', 'threat with a gun and chains', 'unlawfully seizing personal data' and 'persistent pursuit'. Kılıçarslan said at the hearing, "Obviously the prosecutor doesn't know much about this job, it's just a matter of business. There was no need for me to be detained after the first hearing."
