The Paris Court of Appeal confirmed on Thursday June 11 the conviction of Insoumis mayor of La Courneuve and deputy of Saint-Denis, Aly Diouara, for public defamation against his former opponent PS in the municipal elections. Oumarou Doucouré had accused him of having distributed money and food parcels in exchange for votes.
