Nearly 500 pseudo-CBD poisonings and at least two deaths: health authorities warn of the danger of synthetic cannabinoids among young people

Around 500 poisonings with synthetic cannabinoids, particularly via e-liquids presented as legal, have been detected since the beginning of 2025 by the Directorate General of Health. More than 70% of cases concern young people aged 13 to 18, serious seven times out of ten.
