Western media reported today, Friday, citing a diplomat from one of the mediating countries between Washington and Tehran and an American official, that the anticipated memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran, which is expected to be signed in the coming days, includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz without imposing transit fees, in addition to easing the sanctions imposed on Tehran.
