The Federation Council explained how vegetables can become more affordable

It is possible to achieve a reduction in the cost of products after saturation of the domestic consumption market, as well as through the construction of additional greenhouse complexes, said Alexander Dvoinykh, Chairman of the Committee on Agricultural and Food Policy and Environmental Management
