Luan Santana (right) performs with Ricky Martin on the single 'Estranho', released tonight, Thursday, June 11 Disclosure ♫ NEWS ♬ It's strange and it sounds... strange. But the fact is that “Estranho” – single released tonight, Thursday, June 11th, with recording made by Luan Santana with Ricky Martin – brings together the Brazilian singer with the Puerto Rican artist in an unprecedented feat orchestrated by the record label Sony Music to promote Luan and reinforce Martin's connection with Brazil through a Portuguese version of the song performed in the voice of the Latin star 31 years ago. “Estranho” re-presents to the Brazilian public the ballad “Te extraño, Te olvido, Te amo”, composed in Spanish by Carlos Lara and released by Ricky Martin on August 14, 1995 as the first single from the then still unreleased third solo studio album by the artist, “A medio vivir”, released in September of that year. In this Portuguese version symptomatically titled “Estranho”, the song gains a country touch in the recording made with musical production by Lucas Santos and the accordion playing by Vitor Castro. The unprecedented feat by Luan Santana and Ricky Martin generated an unprecedented clip, filmed at a show held by Luan in the city of Rio de Janeiro (RJ) during the “Registro Histórico” tour.
