In the capital of Albania, Tirana, it is the 12th day of the massive and continuous protests against the Government. The demonstrations broke out at the end of May over a real estate megaproject linked to the family of US President Donald Trump, which contemplates the construction of a hotel complex in a protected area in the south of the country. Since then, the protests have not stopped, while the authorities insist on moving forward with the plan. Report from our special envoy, Irene Savio.
