Ivory Coast: controversy after the unauthorized destruction of a district of Abidjan

In Ivory Coast, while the autonomous district of Abidjan is carrying out a series of demolitions of precarious neighborhoods in recent days because of the rainy season, a scandal has surfaced: several dozen hectares of the Campement district, in the commune of Koumassi, were destroyed on the orders of a certain Jacques Brou.
