With 131 square meter apartments and three suites, the development was conceived as a contemporary urban refuge, integrating architectural solutions aimed at health, quality of life and functionality in everyday life. The concept is present from the proposal of the environments to the details that favor thermal and acoustic comfort, natural ventilation, solar lighting and integration with green areas.

“The land has a green area of approximately 3 thousand square meters with vegetation that integrates with the common area project”, says the regional superintendent of Plaenge Cuiabá, Diogo Marchioto. “In addition, we have a permanent preservation area (APP) close to the building that offers an even more privileged view to residents, also generating greater thermal comfort and providing a tranquility that only nature can bring”, he adds.
The project follows a global trend driven by the so-called wellness economy, a sector that currently generates around US$6.3 trillion worldwide, according to the Global Wellness Institute, with a projected growth to US$8.5 trillion by 2027.

The proposal goes beyond offering traditional leisure areas, Reserva Arbo focuses on experiences that stimulate body and mind. Among the differences are a gym, pilates studio, swimming pool, large party room, sports lounge and gourmet area with a private pool for guests. Everything planned to provide welcome, coexistence and well-being.
According to Diogo, the concept of luxury has undergone a transformation in recent years. "The new luxury is directly linked to quality of life. Having welcoming environments, areas that encourage self-care and spaces designed to slow down have become extremely valuable for those who live in an increasingly intense routine", he says.
The commercial manager of Plaenge Cuiabá, Prycilla Esser, explains that Reserva Arbo was developed to meet a consumer profile that is more attentive to the living experience. "Today's client is much more discerning. They observe not just the apartment, but everything the place provides for the family's routine. In this project we seek to deliver exactly this combination of functionality, hospitality and asset appreciation", he points out.
Prycilla highlights the fact that purchasing behavior has changed significantly in recent years. "People started to value time at home in a different way. Home stopped being just an address and started to represent quality of life, emotional health and connection with what really matters", he observes.
With a proposal aligned with new market demands and the growing appreciation of wellness living, Reserva Arbo arrives on the Cuiabá market, reinforcing a trend that has been redefining the concept of living well.
