Judge María Servini accepted economic compensation from the United Republican and Political Workers parties so as not to disqualify their leaders.

In exchange for a contribution of 20 million pesos, the prosecutor agreed not to request the disqualification from holding public office of Roberto Foco, treasurer of Republicanos Unidos and Marcelo Ramal, President and Néstor Rivas, Treasurer of Workers' Politics.
