⚡ Quick Summary
At least one and a half thousand people in Russia pay with freedom for their civic position.
At least one and a half thousand people in Russia pay with freedom for their civic position. The state punishes not only such people, but also their loved ones: it is impossible to survive in a Russian prison without voluntary support, and it requires all imaginable strength and means. The project “You are not alone” has supported more than 800 political prisoners and their loved ones over two years of work. But the help shouldn't stop. Therefore, we ask you to join the week of support for political prisoners, which is taking place right now. The heroines of this material ended up with children in prison. On condition of anonymity, they told the staff of the You Are Not Alone project how their lives work (and conveyed gratitude to everyone who had already donated).
