South Korean media refuses to publish an article by the Russian ambassador about the Starobelsk tragedy

The Russian Embassy in Seoul reported that a number of English-speaking South Korean media outlets refused to publish an article by the Russian ambassador to the country about the Ukrainian attack on Starobelsk-Blugansk College.
