Washington confiscates 13 electronic domains used by Beijing intelligence to blackmail and recruit American officials.

These offers included promises to pay large sums of money in exchange for research reports on topics of special interest, directing targets to communicate via encrypted applications such as Telegram, and pressuring them to provide “exclusive” or “inside” information.
