Yesterday, on the tenth of June, in one of the halls of its headquarters in the Riad district in Rabat, the Economic, Social and Environmental Council presented an opinion whose title is almost a program: “Civil behavior in public spaces: towards consolidating the values ​​of citizenship in the service of sustainable development.” There is a detail worth noting from the beginning: no one asked him to do so.
