South China Sea: Taiwan reports intrusion of Chinese ships near disputed island

Two Chinese ships "openly entered" the waters surrounding the Taiwan-controlled island of Taiping, also known as Itu Aba, located in the Spratly archipelago, said a statement from the Taiwanese coast guard.
