“2 Point Zero” exits its investment in “Taqa” in favor of “Lemad”

2Point Zero Group, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, which represents the new generation of major investment platforms focused on the energy and consumer sectors, announced on Thursday the successful completion of the sale of its entire 7.29 percent stake in Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (“Taqa”) to the Abu Dhabi Energy Corporation, a wholly indirect subsidiary of Al Emad Holding Company (Emad).
