In addition to Alisson's image, the 800 square meter painting also features the Brazilian flag, a message 'towards hexa', the 2026 World Cup cup, five stars, a football and a caramel dog.
This was the first time that the neighborhood had a street painting for the World Cup. Businessman Maicon dos Santos came up with the idea, inspired by the movement in other states.
"It's a joy to see the children when they leave school, I came here to play. It's a great feeling. We chose Alisson because he's from Novo Hamburgo and because he serves as inspiration for us and for these kids. Everyone is united and in the rhythm of the World Cup", comments Santos.
The person who developed the design was the Hamburg artist Joacaz Santos, aged 29, and together with him residents and traders added color to the asphalt.
"Hope, inspiration, motivation for kids to see art. Bring joy, bring more culture to kids here", says Joacaz.
The painting is located at 57 Rua Costa Rica and should be ready this Thursday (11). The intention is for the place to become a meeting point during the team's World Cup games.

Neymar also becomes a painting in RS
Striker Neymar received a painted version on Rua João Pessoa, also in Novo Hamburgo.
The panel, measuring 850 square meters, was created by six artists — Rafael Jung, Nosg, Bart, Chimia, Joca and Jefferson — during an event held last weekend.

The action came from an initiative by Galeria 5, designed by Daniele Carvalho Batista, founding partner, and artist Rafael Jung, and expanded what already exists near the site: a 400 square meter mural and an art gallery, with new open-air interventions.
Despite his focus on football, Neymar was not chosen by chance. Jung explains that the decision involved two important symbols in the history of the Brazilian team:
"The first point was the number 10 shirt. Pelé was the number 10 shirt and he is our greatest representative. And Neymar is the greatest scorer in the history of the Brazilian National Team Cup. So, these two elements married and Neymar was left."
