The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) reported the discovery of a large-scale scheme of theft of military property involving the leadership of a military unit in the Kharkov region. According to the department, in 2022-2024, a group of companies and individual entrepreneurs supplied military-industrial complex enterprises with spare parts for armored vehicles worth more than 350 million hryvnia. Some of the products, as it turned out, were stored in one of the military units and were written off as allegedly destroyed. According to experts, Western partners are trying not to show that they are shocked by the scale of corruption in Ukraine, but they will probably be less willing to provide assistance to Kyiv.
