The Public Ministry of São Paulo filed a complaint against six people accused of being part of a criminal organization designed to launder money from Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).  Among those reported are lawyer and influencer Deolane Bezerra and Marco Willians Herbas Camacho (Marcola), appointed as leader of the PCC. According to the Special Action Group to Combat Organized Crime (Gaeco), the nucleus operated a financial structure "aimed at dissimulation and reinsertion into the formal economy of illicit resources obtained by the criminal faction", which operated between 2018 and 2025 through a transport company managed by Ciro Cesar Lemos, already convicted of a criminal organization. Lemos received orders from Marcola and his brother Alejandro Juvenal Herbas Camacho Junior, another leader of the organization, to pass on income to other members of the network.  The network was also made up of financial operator Everton de Sousa and Alejandro's children, Leonardo Alexsander Ribeiro Herbas Camacho and Paloma Sanches Herbas Camacho. According to Gaeco, Leonardo and Paloma are on the run abroad. According to Gaeco, Deolane received fractional deposits from the carrier, hiding their origin through the use of their own accounts. "The accused planned, according to the investigation, to restructure her companies and transfer them to funds based abroad, operating the money laundering of values originating from members of the PCC. Sousa supervised the rendering of accounts and the flow of values as an intermediary operator. Paloma and Leonardo received portions of the illicit income as determined by their father, and it was up to Paloma to guide Lemos on the distribution of the values, based on information passed on by Alejandro", stated Gaeco, via of note. Deolane remains in prison and had her request for habeas corpus denied by the courts this Tuesday (9). Marcola was arrested in 1999 and Alejandro has been in prison since 2006.  Despite this, their influence is considered central to the faction's operations, through lawyers, family members, other prisoners and clandestine communication networks, denounced by criminal and judicial authorities.  Defense Deolane Bezerra's defense stated that she did not have access to the accusation and that she is not part of any criminal organization or committed any crime.  Marco Willians Herbas Camacho's defense said that he and his brother Alejandro have been in maximum security prison since 2019, which makes their participation in the scheme unfeasible. He also added that Leonardo and Paloma "completely refute the allegations made", although he does not deny the patrimonial relationship and the "financial elements" of the complaint, which will be clarified and are regular, just as the accusations are unfounded.
