Actor Tyler Mane, present in the cast of the first "X-Men" film (2000), revealed in an Instagram post that he has breast cancer.
In the video published on his social networks, Tyler explained that he has already started physiotherapy to treat the disease, which is considered rare among men.
"One in every 755 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. And if you detect it early, it's super treatable," he said.

He also reinforced that only 1% of breast cancer cases are in men and that his wife ended up helping with the diagnosis.
"To be honest, my first reaction was to keep it a secret. But I discovered that men tend to be diagnosed at more advanced stages because it isn't talked about. In fact, my doctors ruled out this possibility and I was only able to get tested at first because my wife insisted," he concluded.
In addition to "X-Men", Tyler is in the cast of "Deadpool & Wolverine". In both films he plays the character Sabretooth.
