Pcns launches the 10th edition of its annual report on the geopolitics of Africa: thinking about the continent from itself

The Policy Center for the New South presented Wednesday in Rabat the tenth edition of its annual report on the geopolitics of Africa, a reference work bringing together 27 contributions from 16 African nationalities to analyze the changes on the continent.
