The Government of Roraima has opened registrations for the selection of street vendors interested in working at Arraial São João in Parque Anauá 2026. The event will be held between June 28th and July 4th.
In total, 180 temporary use permits will be made available, of which 12 are reserved for people with disabilities. In total, 60% of the vacancies will be allocated to street vendors registered with the Institute of Street Vendors and 40% to broad competition.

Registration must be made in person on the 10th, 11th, 12th and 15th of June, during business hours, at the headquarters of the State Secretariat of Culture and Tourism (Secult), located at Avenida Capitão Júlio Bezerra, 1,754, Aparecida neighborhood.
The draw for those registered will take place on June 18th at 9 am, at Forródromo do Parque Anauá. Vacancies are distributed across eight service categories. In the food and beverage area, standardized stalls will be available for selling food and exclusive structures for selling drinks.
For trailers and special machines, 22 spaces will be offered for quick snacks, burgers and ice cream shops. There will also be 50 credentials for rotating vendors who sell products such as popcorn, cotton candy, toys and Styrofoam drinks, as well as spaces for selling handicrafts and jewelry.
In the entertainment sector, 15 spaces will be available for inflatable toys in the Kids Space, 10 for fishing, target shooting and bingo tents, in addition to three spaces for amusement parks.
Required documentation:
When registering, candidates must present the following original documents:
Identity Card (RG);
Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF);
Updated proof of residence;
Updated medical report, in the case of People with Disabilities (PwD).
After the draw, those selected must present the additional documentation provided for in the notice:
Individual
Identity Card;
Registration document in the Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF);
Updated proof of residence;
Registration Form, according to the model contained in Annex I of the notice;
Health card, for anyone working in food handling.
Legal Entity
Commercial Registration, in the case of an individual entrepreneur;
Proof of registration in the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ);
Declaration that there are no employees under the age of 18 working at night, dangerous or unhealthy work, nor under 16 working in any work activity, except as apprentices, in accordance with current legislation;
Health card, for those who will work in food handling;
Registration Form, according to the model in Annex I of the notice.
If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available places, selection will take place through a public draw. Winners will have June 19th and 22nd to pay the fees and until June 23rd to sign the contract.
Licensees who will work in the sale of food and drinks must also participate in the sanitary handling course, scheduled for June 24th.
