Russian President Vladimir Putin signed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, providing for the seizure of property of citizens who are abroad and have committed administrative offenses against the interests of Russia. Such offenses include discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, promoting Nazi symbols and distributing extremist materials. In addition, laws have been signed on compulsory medical examination of migrants, on criminal liability for falsifying certain medical certificates, as well as a law allowing employees of the Central Bank, Sberbank and collectors to stop UAV attacks.
