The enterprise, based in Bombinhas, was born from family tradition, grew and today has consolidated itself as a profitable business that keeps the heritage of cultural memory alive. "Our case is truly inspiring. The way we transformed a family tradition of crafts into an internationally successful small business", celebrated Ana Paula. The company is based on connecting people and purposes based on pieces produced by hand in macramé and crochet, which today conquer the world with the internationalization of the business based on almost 30 years of experience in the textile industry. Journey of perseverance Much more than products and services, successful businesses are also born on trajectories that resist challenges, such as that of businessman Thiago Bernardo, co-owner of Delicê Alimentos, in Gaspar. Alongside his partner and wife, Drieli Bergamo, Thiago built a strategy that goes beyond production and offers unforgettable moments through affective baking. "Persistence was one of the most important pillars for our business. The lack of information at the beginning was very difficult and persistence was what 'held the line' for the business to be here today and help us show our work to other people", highlighted the businessman. Graduated in gastronomy, Thiago used his family work to create a successful company that stands out for its artisanal production and innovative business vision. Health and purpose Closing the panel in Blumenau, the nephrologist and president of the Associação Renal Vida, Luis Cláudio Francalacci, shared how the mobilization of professionals who believed in the importance of welcoming chronic kidney patients gave space to an entity that became a reference in nephrology in the state. "We can always learn from other situations in different companies, share experiences and discuss what worked, what didn't work, what challenges. All of this is always very positive", stated Francalacci. The association offers care through the Unified Health System (SUS), agreements and private services, in a highly technological structure with a multidisciplinary team trained to serve and welcome patients and families in all phases of treatment. Entrepreneurial DNA Fabian Londero highlighted that Blumenau is one of the main regions of Santa Catarina that strengthens entrepreneurship and allows the consolidation of successful businesses. “It is a region already full of entrepreneurs, our objective here is to bring new businesses and inspire people to become entrepreneurs in the Vale do Itajaí region and throughout Santa Catarina”, stated the presenter. The NSC project has the support of prominent companies and entities such as Fecoagro, Senac Empresarial, Intelbras, Crea Santa Catarina, Fiesc, Sebrae, BRDE and Sicoob.
