A three-year-old child was stuck to a sofa after using superglue inside the house this Wednesday morning (10), in Betim, in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte. The case happened around 8am, on Rua Gerbera, in the Nossa Senhora de Fátima neighborhood.
According to the Fire Department, the boy took the product and spread a large amount on the living room sofa. He then sat on the glue and ended up stuck to the furniture. The parents tried to remove the child, but were unable to do so.

Military personnel from the Betim Outpost were called and did careful work to free the boy, reducing the discomfort caused by the glue. According to the father, there was a lot of product spread around and the child's leg was stuck in an uncomfortable position.
After assistance from the firefighters, the parents must take the boy for evaluation at a health unit.
