A motorcyclist died after falling at kilometer 142 of the Raposo Tavares Highway (SP-270), in Angatuba (SP), on Tuesday night (9).
According to the Transport Agency of the State of São Paulo (Artesp), information collected at the scene indicated that the motorcyclist was traveling along the highway when, for reasons yet to be clarified, he fell onto the road.

Artesp reported that the victim received treatment and was taken to the city's emergency room. At 8:58 pm, a doctor at the scene confirmed the motorcyclist's death.

Still at night, according to Artesp, a technical expertise team arrived at the scene. At 10:15 pm, the motorcycle was removed by a tow truck and taken to the municipality's Civil Police Station.
