In Madagascar, nine peasant and civil society organizations denounce the opacity of the Economic Partnership Agreements currently being negotiated between the European Union and the Big Island. According to them, the last round is about to be concluded without any consultation of the main stakeholders. A joint letter was sent on Tuesday June 9 to the European ambassador and the Minister of Agriculture, to demand transparency.
