Expected European sanctions against Putin's aide because of his writings alongside figures from Syria and Iran

The European Union is discussing imposing new sanctions on Russia, with the possibility that they would affect Vladimir Medinsky, the Russian president's assistant, because of his books related to history, in addition to Syrian and Iranian figures.
