EUobserver: The EU proposed adding Medinsky and Dvorkovich to the sanctions lists

The European Union proposed adding Russian leader’s assistant Vladimir Medinsky, the head of the Ministry of Sports Mikhail Degtyarev and the President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Arkady Dvorkovich to the sanctions list.
