The government is set to launch an Offer for Sale (OFS) to divest up to 3% of its stake in NLC India, valued at approximately Rs 1,263 crore. The OFS opens for non-retail investors on June 9, with a floor price of Rs 303 per share, a discount to its previous closing price.
