16-year-old teenager dies after suffering an electric shock in Cansanção A 16-year-old teenager died after receiving an electric shock, in a mining area located in the rural area of the city of Cansanção, in the north of Bahia. The information was confirmed this Monday (8) by the Military Police (PM). The case happened last Saturday (6). The burial took place this Monday, in Quijingue, the teenager's hometown. The city hall issued a note of condolence, lamenting the loss. In a statement, the Civil Police (PC) reported that the incident was registered at the Senhor do Bonfim Territorial Police Station as an accidental death. Despite this, as the reporting team found, the circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
