On this World Oceans Day, 29 researchers from 14 countries published the 2nd edition of the Starfish barometer on the health of the seabed. A tool created last year at the Nice conference. Scientists note a deterioration of the various indices and denounce increased human pressure on the oceans. They are also concerned about the American administration's policy which removes ocean monitoring tools in both the Atlantic and the Pacific.
