However, due to the low water visibility conditions at night, it was necessary to interrupt the search for the victims. Work resumed in the morning with boats, sonar — a device that uses sound waves to detect, locate and map objects at the bottom of the water — and diving with autonomous equipment. The bodies were found at the bottom of the lagoon and removed by firefighters. They were removed by the Scientific Police.
