LGBT flag JL Rosa/SVM Two young people were victims of homophobia in Cacoal (RO), on Sunday (7). According to police records, they were attacked by a group of teenagers. One of the victims even lost consciousness. The provocations began when the victims were in the forecourt of a gas station. The group of teenagers, not yet identified by the police, began to embarrass and provoke them because of their sexual orientation. When they decided to leave the place, the young people were chased and attacked in the middle of the street. One of them became unconscious before being rescued and taken to the municipal hospital. The second victim was in serious condition and was unable to provide a statement to the police. The incident was recorded by the police, who also attached images of the victims' injuries.
