Meta accuses “Pegasus” of continuing to target and spy on WhatsApp users

Meta Company revealed the monitoring of a new attempt linked to the Israeli cybersecurity company NSO Group, developer of the famous “Pegasus” spyware, to target users of the WhatsApp application through an electronic phishing campaign, in a move that it said violates a previous court ruling preventing the company from targeting the platform and its users.
