A source from the Moroccan community in Tarragona, Spain, who attended the opening ceremony of the new agency of the Moroccan Foreign Trade Bank (Bank of Africa Group) and preferred to remain anonymous, said that the ceremony, which sparked controversy, was organized by the bank on the occasion of the opening of its new agency near the headquarters of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco, in order to provide direct banking services to members of the Moroccan community in the region.
