A Russian court rejects Euroclear's appeal and insists on compensating the Russian Central Bank in the amount of 200 billion euros

A Russian Court of Appeal rejected the appeal submitted by the Belgian Euroclear Foundation against the Moscow Arbitration Court’s decision to compensate the Russian Central Bank for losses estimated at about 200 billion euros.
