Head-on collision between motorcycles leaves four dead on BR-222 Reproduction/Social Media Four people died in an accident between two motorcycles on BR-222, in Vitória do Mearim, in the early hours of this Sunday (7). The head-on collision happened around 2:20 am. According to the Maranhão Military Police (PMMA), a motorcycle was heading towards Vitória do Mearim. The other was traveling in the opposite direction when they collided. Police teams were called and moved to the stretch of BR-222. Upon arrival, agents isolated the area to preserve the vehicles involved. Relatives of the victims were already at the scene.
