The action investigates an alleged scheme for selling judicial decisions and money laundering at the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso (TJMT). g1 tries to locate the targets' defense. Federal Police agents carry out home search and seizure warrants, personal searches and measures to remove the banking, tax and telematic secrecy of those being investigated, authorized by the Court. According to the PF, the investigation seeks to deepen investigations into the actions of those involved in an alleged scheme aimed at selling judicial decisions and hiding resources of supposedly illicit origin. In a statement, the Federal Police reported that the elements gathered so far point to possible practices of passive corruption, administrative law and money laundering.
