“An unusual request”: 200 kilos of Guérande salt were transported from Le Croisic to Paris for the organization of a major sumo tournament

An extremely rare event outside of Japan, a major sumo tournament will be organized on Saturday and Sunday in Paris. No less than 200 kilos of Guérande salt, which occupies a central place in the fighting, will be necessary.
