And, as in previous years, this session should also see the budget for the current year revised by an amending finance law. Because the government does not actually have the means to achieve its ambitions: an announced budget of 8,800 billion CFA francs and the wait-and-see attitude generated by the announcement six months ago of a reshuffle accentuate the unease.
