Analyst Dvilyansky: scammers create fake chatbots for booking services

Fraudsters create fake chat bots in instant messengers that disguise themselves as support services for popular housing booking services, faking logos, communication style and tone, said Alexey Dvilyansky, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor of the department of geographic information systems at RTU MIREA, in an interview with RT.
