On Tuesday, Laura left the house at around 6am. However, throughout the day, the young woman began sending messages considered unusual by the family. At around 3pm, the mother asked if her daughter had taken her medication and also arrived to talk about the family car, which was in the mechanic shop, but had already been repaired. In response, Laura sent messages that, according to the bulletin, contained disconnected information about a supposed problem with the vehicle's engine. After that, she viewed new messages from her mother, deleted the conversation history and stopped responding. Concerned about the lack of contact, the mother contacted the company where her daughter works. The manager confirmed that Laura remained on site until the evening and that she had worked overtime. Security cameras recorded the young woman before she disappeared. In one of the videos, Laura appears leaving the company. In another, she is seen walking towards Morumbi station.
