At the scene, the police found the boy wearing only a disposable diaper, crying and walking on a busy street, close to a party.
The woman who found the child reported that she was driving through the region when she saw a figure on the road. Because of the fog and low lighting, she didn't immediately realize that it was a child. As he approached, he noticed the situation and called the authorities.
Police began searching the region to locate those responsible. With the help of residents, the team found the family's residence.
Upon arriving at the property, officers heard children crying coming from inside the house. Inside the house, the team found the other three children, aged 1, 4 and 10, without a guardian present. The place was disorganized and had precarious hygiene conditions, according to the PM.
