An official Moroccan response to allegations regarding the conditions of an Algerian’s detention

The administration of the local prison, Al-Arjat 1, broke its silence to respond to what it described as “false allegations” promoted by some French media outlets regarding the circumstances of the detention of the former prisoner (E.M.), who holds dual Algerian and French nationalities, and who was detained in connection with the events that followed the Africa Cup of Nations final in Morocco.
