Russian Foreign Ministry: United Nations statements regarding Kiev’s attack on Starobelsk lack basis

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov asked the Director of the United Nations Information Office in Russia, Vladimir Kuznetsov, to transfer materials related to the Starobelsk incident to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and to the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
