Massive earthquake M7.4 off the coast of Chiapas, Mexico; no tsunami impact on Japan

According to a message received by the Japan Meteorological Agency from the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Hawaii, at around 11:49 pm Japan time on the 17th, there was a large magnitude 7.4 earthquake with its epicenter off the coast of Chiapas, Mexico.
